(Q1) Question

My monitor occasionally changes as though I'm looking at the screen through a greeny blue filter. Sometimes it sort of flickers translucent bluey green lines up and down the screen, like when a mobile phone is next to the monitor - other times it just stays that colour, as though I'm looking through some kind of filter. What's the problem, and how can I fix it?

(Q2) Question

i have found a problem with my monitor today. There is a "shadow" across the screen from any writing on a line or any boxes. any body any idea what's gone wrong here?

(Q3) Question

I've had my computer for 2 years now, and have just started having problems, I presume with the monitor. I keep getting a message appear on my screen saying 'no signal input or cable disconnected'. The monitor then powers down to standby and the only way I can find of getting rid of this is to reboot the computer from the tower. Sometimes I will have to reboot a couple of times before the monitor will power up again. I have checked all the leads, dusted everything and run defrag and disc cleanup but it is still happening. I haven't put any new software on the comp in the last few weeks, and the hard drive in my machine is only 7 months old and was professionally installed! I haven't got a clue how to stop the computer/monitor misbehaving like this

(Q4) Question

Used new computer desk where monitor is at an angle under the desk and viewed by looking through a glass top. Monitor screen has now gone a pinkish shade all over. Suspect the end of the monitor has been near a transformer plugged into the same six gang extension and magnetised the monitor. Switching off etc has not cured it. Wonder do the computer or t.v. shops carry out demagnetising or have a cure for this problem.

(Q5) Question

My Packard Bell monitor often goes a very bright contrast and then can return to normal and has a very good like new picture I have tried all the settings I know but it is still the same.
