This is the page for all those checked out downloads that may interest you and ones that we have used ourselves. On a monthly basis we will update this page and add new downloads . We try to ensure they are all freeware products and we will be changing them on a regular basis. TO GET THE DOWNLOADS PLEASE CLICK ON THE download BUTTON under the name of the program. ONCE SAVED RUN THE PROGRAM SETUP FROM ITS LOCATION IN YOUR COMPUTER. ALWAYS VIRUS CHECK YOUR FILES WHEN DOWNLOADED. THESE FILE ARE FROM A REPUTABLE SOURCE BUT NEVER THE LESS CHECK THEM TO BE SURE PLEASE RESPECT THE COPY WRITE LAWS IN THE PROGRAMS. Freeware Freeware programs are either distributed for the love of humanity, for fame, or as stripped down versions of programs that do cost money. Remarkably, some of the very best programs for using the Internet are completely free. Most freeware, even though it's not commercially sold, is copyrighted by the author. Always check the license agreement if you consider using the application for anything than your personal use. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL USERS Please note that due to server restrictions that have now been placed upon myself I had to make a slight change in all download categories. I do apologise but this is the only way I could keep this web site active for everyone. Spamihilator Spamihilator is an anti-spam
filtering program that works with any email client. It runs as a local POP
server that sits between your email program and your mail server and filters
mail based on a built-in filtering mechanism. In addition, you can maintain a
blocklist as well as a list of friends (their mail will never be filtered). The
program comes with a nice interface and automatically configures popular email
clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape etc.). You can change the
aggressiveness of the filter and also add your own spam words to look for.
Spamihilator does not delete the spam right away, but moves it to a recycle bin,
where you can review it, restore items or permanently delete them.

with support for POP3, IMAP4, and HOTMAIL servers as well as firewall (SOCKS
4/4a/5) configuration options and secure password authentication. Each server
can be configured individually, with its own timer and firewall settings. Using
the interactive mode, the program allows you to preview the headers or a
selected number of (raw) lines and also delete or save selected messages.
CheckP3 and can notify you of new mail, using sound, a popup window or a
flashing icon. In addition, you can setup spam filters or use the built in SMTP
sender to send emails without having to start your full email program. Also
includes support for MS Agent, a ping checker, news checker, atomic clock
synchronization and more.
You will be taken directly to the download section of the home page SpamPAL SpamPal is an anti-spam tool that runs as a local POP server, receiving and filtering your email before it arrives in your inbox. Unlike many other anti-spam solutions, SpamPal does not delete any messages, but rather adds a ***SPAM**** mark to the email subject, which you can then use to configure your email program and have it delete or move them to a different folder. In addition, you can maintain a white-list of senders that will always be accepted, as well as a blacklist of senders that will always be rejected (tagged). The program offers a handy auto-whitelist which can automatically add frequent contacts to the list and exclude them from ever being tagged as spam.

POPKEEPER POP Peeper is a small utility
that runs in your Windows system tray. It visually and audibly lets you know if
you have email on any number of POP3 servers as well as Hotmail, Yahoo, Mail.com,
Myway, Excite, Lycos and Rediffmail. It allows you to preview the headers of
your email, and view the messages. There is also support for file attachments,
which allows you to view the name of the files. If you are checking multiple
accounts, you can specify a custom color for each, making it easy to distinguish
the messages. Message preview is quick and fully supports HTML messages. Using
POP Peeper, you can quickly scan what messages are important enough to read, and
which ones you want to delete without even opening your email client. The
program does not provide any reply options or spam filtering like some others,
however if mail notification is your main reason, than this is a great little
tool that works fast and efficient.

email program with built-in junk mail controls, message filters, address book,
news groups and more. It offers a clean and easy to use (customizable)
interface. Thunderbird also offers security features such as S/MIME, digital
signing, message encryption, support for certificates and security devices.
Other features include IMAP/POP compatibility, support for HTML mail, labels,
quick search, return receipts, LDAP address completion, import tools and just
about anything else you would expect from a full blown email program.

MAILWASHER MailWasher allows you to preview all aspects of your e-mail before you download it. It also allows you to delete and bounce e-mail back to the originator. The sender will receive an e-mail saying the address was unknown. Another feature helps identify and mark e-mail as normal, virus, possibly virus, possibly spam, probably spam, chain letter, and blacklisted, so you can deal with the e-mail as you wish. Other features are comprehensive customizable filters, use of public blacklists to identify spammers, visual and auditory notification of new e-mail, minimization to system tray, and much more. MailWasher is compatible with POP3 e-mail.

K9 K9 is an anti-spam email filtering application that works in conjunction with your regular POP3 email program and automatically classifies incoming emails as spam (junk email) or non-spam.

IncrediMail IncrediMail is a graphical, feature-rich email program that offers you an unprecedented interactive experience. With IncrediMail you can personalize your emails according to your mood and personality.

SecExMail Home SecExMail is a transparent email encryption system that integrates with your favorite email program (Outlook, Outlook Express, The Bat, Poco etc.). It runs as a virtual POP3/SMTP server that encrypts and decrypts messages in real-time as they are sent or received by your email program.

AutoMailer AutoMailer automatically dispatches files as email-attachments. The files you wish to be mailed must be stored in a user-defined, so called "autoprocessing directory". AutoMailer periodically polls this directory for changes and if a new or modified file is found, it will be e-mailed. Use AutoMailer to send your logfiles, faxes or what ever you want.

MSGTAG MSGTAG alerts you the moment an email you have sent is opened by the recipient. You will know when the message was sent, when it was viewed, and the elapsed time in between.

bxAutoZip for Outlook bxAutoZip is an Add-In for Microsoft Outlook which automatically and independently compresses any files attached to an e-mail message. Thanks to the seamless integration into Outlook, not one single extra step is required to zip the attachments.

QuickIcons for Microsoft Outlook QuickIcons is a simple tool, that lets you create Outlook icons in the QuickLaunch bar (next to the Start button) that allow you to create a new email message, add a task, schedule an appointment etc. from anywhere in Windows with a single click.

Save Mailing List is an Outlook 2000/XP add-in to export contacts and user groups from your Outlook address book into a mailing list. It outputs into a common format that works with most list mailers. After installation, Save Mailing List is available from the Outlook File menu for selected contacts. You can select all or as many contact as you want and output them into a single list.

Sigblaster works with your email/news program and randomly selects a signature from its database to be inserted in your outgoing messages. You can easily add multiple signatures and the program will insert a different one every time it is run (Hint: use Windows Task Scheduler to run the supplied command line and have your signatures change every hour or so).

KookieJar Kookie Jar is a tool that generates signatures which you may use with your favourite email or news program. Signatures typically include a random quote, or tagline, chosen from a file that you specify (samples are included in program distribution). However, the program will work fine without random quotes, too.
