I recently upgraded to Outlook 5 from a pre-4 version. I've lost all of my emails in the transition. I've heard that they are still on the harddisk. How can I recover them? Is there a limited amount of time before the harddisk erases them as well?

I am constantly receiving email
?@peel.net. I continually block this but it keeps coming with differing names e.g. Linda@peel.net, Dorothy@peel.net etc etc. I have tried blocking, using, @peel.net, *.@peel.net etc, to no avail. Could someone please help.I wish to have a system/ISP that will provide me with my companyname.co.uk as a pop3 account for access via Outlook and also web-mail access (NOT AN EMAIL FORWARDING SYSTEM TO ISP…ETC.COM. The name is registered and currently in use by me, but involves an email forwarding system via the domain holder to my current ISP email system this is less than 100% reliable and occasionally sends multiply emails with some of my files > 1mB getting the same email 10times is a pain! I am thinking of moving to Btopenworld Business500 broadband service who say they will provide this service for an extra £10.00 per month but their sales people seem not fully on the ball technically as I am getting conflicting stories. Most other ISP’s seem only to provide a forwarding system to their own .co.com addresses. I’m only a new micro business so can’t afford a very expensive monthly charge!! Can anyone help or advise please?
